I can honestly say I will never come back here again. I purchased some contacts online not realizing my prescription was expired and I was never going to be sent my contacts so I walked in Opti-mart to schedule an appointment for a new prescription. I wanted to be honest to the doctor and I told him I had to reuse my contacts before I could come see him. He started calling me STUPID numerous times. Instead of educating me on how that can be harmful for my eyes he continued raising his voice at me like I was a child. I think it was very disrespectful and unprofessional on his part. I have never felt so uncomfortable, embarrassed, and disrespected in a business establishment.

I went there for an eye exam expecting to save money. Now I know why. The doctor that did the exam was in a hurry but when it came to my exam, he would ask a question and not quite talking. I had to tell him to stop talking and I would talk to him about my health issue. Then, when I got my prescription, I turned and asked the doctor a question, he said talk to the technician at the desk. That will be the last time I go to Optimart. The technician and front desk were great.

Getting my 3rd pair soon .......my only problem might not even be the offices problem but I just thought I mentioned it my glasses (the newest pair) are taking forever to arrive about to be a month next week. Besides that love the doctor friendly and funny guy staff could be a bit better they got someone else's records but I liked the selection of glasses

I was very impressed with the doctor. He explained so much about my vision and why no other doctor could get 20 20 vision in my right eye. In fact they never even tried to offer a reason. I didn't even have to say anything to the doctor at Sight 360. I wish I could remember his name because he deserves the recognition. When he was unable to get 20 20 vision with my right eye he immediately wanted to find out why, and he did. He explained so much and told me things the other doctors never mentioned. So thank you very much. I would highly recommend sight 360. The office people were also great. Very friendly and helpful.
