Matt is friendly, knowledgeable, and has a good reputation in the area. My husband and I like that he is also just really easygoing and fun to be around (which is important because you will likely spend lots of time walking around homes with your buyer’s agent!). He was always reaching out to ensure I understood documents that needed to be signed, and even walk me through them.
