Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - Chicken Biryani was delicious but the flavoring is slightly different from the Indian places we're used to. The spices were not large chunks nor small enough to blend into the food so it's slightly disconcerting to bite into when not expected. Sometimes it's quite bitter or you get a chunk of cinnamon stick depending on what you bite into :( Chicken tikka masala was runny without being oily. It's super creamy with an earthiness to it. The rice had fennel seeds without being sharp. Garlic naan was mostly soft and fluffy and mopped up the curry so well. Ambience: N/A - got food to go but it seems super cozy Service: 3/5 - bro at the front desk does not seem like he wants to be there or sort of out of it. We told him we were ordering food to go and asked for a menu and he just sort of stared. We saw a stack on the far side of the counter so we just grabbed one and stood out of the way. When we were ready to order, we stepped back to the counter and he looked at us and walked away. When he came back, he asked us to wait and rang out a order (so we think he walked away to check out a table) and walked away again. Then he was ready for us. Food took about 25 minutes Value for price: 3/5 - delicious food but the portion for the chicken biryani was small and SO was still hungry after finishing his portion

Great service, they wouldn’t let our water glasses get very low, we ordered several beers and they were right on top of it, there were at least 4 different employees helping each other with anything we needed or wanted. The food was delicious, freshly made dishes and they were very helpful with takeout boxes. Reasonable pricing, plenty of parking, no/little wait for a table. They don’t take reservations.

This place doesn’t deserve to use the name Bombay. I ordered a malai kofta and garlic naan and pakoras, and they sent me chicken tikka masala, made with stale tomatoes, and no naan and no pakoras. Who does that? This mediocre restaurant. Malai kofta is not chicken tikka masala. To make matters worse, they straight up ghosted their telephone instead of resolving the issue. To make matters even worse, DoorDash is pretending to do me a favour by offering a partial refund. So, I have no food, and they still keep my money, awesome! I deeply regret ordering from this House and DoorDash on what was an awesome New Year’s Eve. Meh. Never again.

Bombay house has my favorite Indian food in the valley! Ive been many times to their Salt Lake and Provo locations but this was my first time snagging curry from the West Jordan location—and it was just as good! My favorite is their coconut kurma. But their tikka masala and saag paneer also delicious and the garlic naan is a must! If you’re visiting on the weekend be ready for a wait. It’s popular and for good reason. Each curry is about $14 or $15 depending on if you’re learning chicken or lamb. Naan are about $3. Super delicious. Super consistent. There’s a reason Bombay House is everyone’s favorite Utah Indian food!
