You have no business in drove thru. Yet you trun away walk in business. Looks like you could be on your way to closing your doors permanently. Especially with all the terrible reviews you have about your poor drive thru service.

Twice this has happened, about a month apart. Went to the drive through sat there for 7-8 minutes just to order, and no one answered the intercom, then went to the window and all the lights were off. So I guess they're closed on Sundays? Oh well, F'em Luckys chicken is better anyway💀

Placed an order on the app Sunday at 3:15 for an hour later. I get to the store and doors are locked. I wait in the curbside parking and no one brings out my order. At 4:30 I find out my order was canceled on the app. I get in the line in the drive-through with 3 cars ahead and 1 behind. We wait 10 minutes without moving. Finally someone determines that the employees are not answering the intercom, won’t open the window when it was knocked. We could clearly see two vehicles parked by the back door. If you HAVE to close before posted hours, put up a sign. If you are simply uninterested in serving customers, close down for good and we will ALL go elsewhere.

Pulled up to the drive thru at 1pm & was told they weren’t open yet. I asked why does your sign say Open at 10:30am then? The guy then says because we hardly have anyone working Sundays. Well then can you update your open and closed times KFC. 🙄
