Really delicious, my only complaint is they close way too early. I’ve gone in a few times to eat and they are already closed for the night when it’s still light outside and everyone around them is open. Wish they would extend the hours, we’re so busy we rarely eat before 8pm.

My experience with Cafe Trang has consistently always been great! I typically will order their milk Mango smoothie with a brisket pho. It hits the spot every time. I’ve personally gone into the store and eaten, and every time they are quick and everything is always flavorful and delicious. I have also ordered take out (through DoorDash) and they are always quick to provide me my order. Pricing I would say is pretty comparable to other Vietnamese restaurants in the West Jordan area. Overall, you can’t go wrong in choosing this place to eat!

Cafe Trang was modern looking with open kitchen style. They prepared your order in front of you. I liked the pho broth taste. But the banh mi sandwich was ok. It was garlic beef. Let me be clear, it was not bad at all but the bread of those sandwiches are always wow. This was just ok. It was also very pricy compared to others I have tried in the past. Maybe because it's bigger in size. Give this place a spin.

I'm glad West Jordan is getting more options in the Asian food category. We got the Pho and Vermicelli noodles today. Pho was pretty good, decent portion size and good amount of ingredients. The vermicelli noodles and meat could be a lot better. The Taro boba is actually pretty good, most places don't offer taro so I'm glad these guys have it. Not bad service, but then again there's not much service needed.
