Insulting customer service. My order is late so far, 30 minutes. I called in to check. I was on hold for another 5 minutes for someone to tell me they were short-staffed, and my order was still waiting for a driver to drop it to me. I am ok with all of that if the girl was talking was not rude in her responses back and the way she spoke, but being late and rude about it, is what made me write this letter. They have been ordering almost once every week for the past four years and indeed won’t do it again because they don’t know how to keep their clients by treating them well. I am not asking for a five-star treatment, but I don’t need someone to talk rudely to me.

My Hut actually has drivers, and they bring your pizza without canceling, after you wait 2 hours, and it's hot and fresh. I don't know what's going on out there, but this is rare now. ....And the Pan crust is Legendary.

Nice young man! I can never spend another dime on pizza hut again. The price of the pizza went way up and the pizza size went down. Main reason I USE TO love pizza hut because it was thick....now you get this little Cesar looking pizza at a higher price

Still our delivery option, but the Large seem to be getting smaller. Unfortunately this is the sign of the times as all kinds of products are shrinking for the same price. I do like the crust that comes in several seasoned options.
