Very unfriendly policies. There’s a strict no entry policy, which means if you need to run to your car to grab something you forgot, you have to pay to re-enter. For the very high prices, I would expect at least basic curtesy.

I went to Billy Beez at the Holyoke Mall on June 21, 2022. I think that Billy Beez was fun because it is bigger than you think. When I first went in I thought that it was just one small play area. Billy beez has a lot of slides and one of my favorite playground things are slides, so my favorite were the slides. I said that it was big and that means you can get lost. I don't like getting lost but when you're having fun I don't care and you can always follow the wall. Another thing I didn't like about Billy Beez was people bumping into me. When you got in you had to buy some socks to play or you can't go in. (Keep the socks!) If you don't mind getting lost, going down a tall slide, going into small spaces or going crazy then Billy Beez is a place for you! Written by a 9 year old.

Horrible experience! They will surely steal your money! When I called to book the party I asked how much in advance I should let them know how many kids will attend. They told me someone will call me few days before party to finalize it and that's when I will give them count. So I did. Day before the party I received another phone call and they told me I have to pay double now to cover second room because I didn't call how many kids we will have 3 weeks in advance! It was too late to cancel so I had no choice. Their customer support never called me back. They didn't give my child a bear that we paid for in the add on either! Pizza was horribly! Worst experience ever!

There are definitely seating areas for parents, but i would caution you that it is really easy to lose track of your kids there if you aren't chasing after them.
You have to call to get an arrangement but I know you can do it with them is an excellent place

Its $12 to 15$ a kid and adults are cheaper, and they sell Billy beez socks for $2.99 for kids and adults, they have grip on the bottom so you dont slide and fall, running around. It can get very pricey going there, I recommend bringing snacks and drinks for the kids, it was the best thing I did with my daughter, we had such a great time together we went back for more..lol I will guarantee the kids will have a great time, I did with my daughter because they allow the adults to use the facility with the kids, it was amazing, I felt like a kid again. Joanna what's a 10 pack, your bringing 10 kids and you get off e free adult? Too many for me. LOL
It's worth the price lots of slides and fun. Good activity to tire out the kids.

This place is not worth it. You cant even bring your own water in, they make you pay a ridiculous price for bottled water and the food is of extremely low quality. Microwaved pizza slices. Scuzzy finger prints on everything. I went in the tubes... Do not go in the tubes without gloves. Boogers everywhere.
Way to much and you unsafe for a one year old. And it is unsanitary especially during flu season
