They were on time. My windshield is so clear the installer pointed out a scratch up near where the rear view mirror will go. I thanked him for pointing it out. He could have just installed it !

I cannot thank these people enough for how they helped me. I only know the named of two of the people who helped me; Joy and Taylor, but there was another man! I hope he sees this and knows how thankful I am for him. I was having such a hard time with my insurance and just overall stress from my car, but they squeezed me into their busy day last minute and got my front windshield and my wipers replaced all within 45 minutes. They were welcoming, kind, and understanding. They also walked me through everything that I needed and wanted to know + answered all my questions without any judgment. They also saved my stickers from my windshield! I recommend them for anything. I will go to them from now on! Thank you guys again. You have no idea how much you helped me and how understood I felt. Thank you!

Update: Thank you Corey and Shawn from the local Thanonassa Shop. Corey a Senior Manager got back with me and was very nice and understanding. He had offered me a full refund. I declined the full amount and we settled on a 50% spilt. As I have stated I am a loyal 8 year customer and they di provide me the glass and service install. Thank you guys the call was much appreciated. This must be a Standard Response by Safelite since I have received this 3 times. Still Waiting On A Call from Senior Management: I cannot tell you how Disappointed I am in the Regional Manager of this areas Safelite - I have been a very loyal customer for over 8 years having multiple windshields installed on multiple cars. After I had to make 6 trips to the Shop, 250 miles of travel and 9 hours of my time and 13 gallons of gas at $3.89 I cant even get a call. I have been promised calls back from the shop, from customer service phone calls directly and emails back from them. I guess the $100 check that was sent in the mail with his approval should take care of everything........... So sad the environment of more senior management is today. Well, I can say the local manager Shawn was great. Maybe he can teach the leadership something ..... HORRIBLE UNEXPECTED SERVICE - I am a longtime loyal (8years) multiple cars, multiple times windshields repaired, Safelite customer. Always happy to have them do my work - Until recently when understanding things can go wrong BUT - 6 visits, 250 miles of travel back and forth to their shop and 9 hours of my time along with additional costs to me is not normal or reasonable. I am thankful to have been working with Shawn the Manager on the issue I had with an OEM windshield installed improper and a new one needing installed. I paid for out of my own pocket and not an insurance claim for this windshield that was not properly installed. I live on a golf course and travel I75 so I get a number of windshields replaced on my cars for cracks from golf ball or stone crack from trucks. I had the windshield in a couple of my cars and a moon roof blown out over roughly 6 week period of time so I had to pay for this repair out of pocket or risk my insurance being canceled for another claim. Not the problem, things happen. However, I requested some compensation for all of the time I had spent going back and forth to the Safelite shop due to windshield not being able to be fixed, wrong windshield ordered and schedule for replacement and multiple times schedule for replacement and the windshield was not even in the shop. Shawn a very nice, knowledgeable manager was very understanding and indicated he would get me compensation because of my history with Safeltie. He did though need to get with his Regional Manager. I was offered a windshield spray and wipers on a nearly new car that did not need either. Shawn went back to his Senior manager who wanted to offer me a $50 gift card. Then a possible $100 Gift card but was still waiting for the Senior Manager to get back with a decision. So the best this Senior manager wanted to do was pay me $12.25 per hour for my 9 hours of travel. Nothing for my 250 miles of travel using 13 galloons of gas at $3.89 per gallon and nothing for the inconvenience of each trip and scheduling of my time to meet the schedule set up. In my 65 years of life dealing with customer service, that has been but a few times, I am surprised that this is the way companies and regional mangers treat loyal customers in these days? Is it truly only and all about bottom line profit ? All I ask is fair compensation for my time, inconvenience, and overall out of pocket cost ? I would hope that the senior manager would put himself in my place and see what he would want for 9 hours of his time, and 250 miles of travel to get a windshield replaced because the install was not done correctly. BTW - I am still waiting to hear what the Senior Manager decides. I think maybe Shawn should be in that role ? Your thoughts, please ?

Why doesn't the company check to make sure automatic wipers still work after they replace the windshield? Just had the windshield replaced on my FX50 and now they don't work. They worked with the cracked windshield. Had the same happen before...

Safelite changed my windshield while I was at work in Ocala.They changed the windshield on my ford focus and put the wipers back on the wrong side. It started to rain on my way home, and when I turned on my wipers they went up once and stopped. I had to pull over and wait for rain to stop. Just seems like common sense to me to try them after putting them back on. But I guess a Lot of people lack common sense

No way to call, they did not show up or call me several times. I had to make 4 appointments over three weeks to get a window. Better off going somewhere else.
