A nice quiet RV resort. There are more amenities available like washers ($1.50) and dryers ($1.00), pool, shower rooms, workout equipment, pool table, shuffleboard, and gathering hall. There is no cable and internet is available for a fee. Propane is available as well. The lots are dependent on the size of your RV. Plenty of room on each site. Most of the lots are well shaded. All the folks there are friendly and helpful. For a 1 month stay it's about $700.00.

Clean, quiet, well kept facility. The management here is fantastic. Linda and the entire staff really make it feel welcoming. They are the nicest people that I have encountered during my 7 month stay in Florida (4 months at Southern Aire). If I end up in this area again I will definitely be staying at this rv park.

My husband and I have been researching rv parks for this years upcoming winter season Nov.2022 thru May 2023.Needless to say it was proving to be a frustrating experience. Most that I spoke to were already prebooked by previous guest's or unable to accommodate a 45 ft rig and more than a few of the people I spoke to were just flat out rude,not so when I called this park.The women I spoke with(Cindy) and later with Linda were polite,professional and friendly.They only had 2 sites left for next winter that would work for us and she gave us our choice.We already feel very happy about choosing this park based on our positive experience so far, again to their great staff,can't wait to meet you all in November

I and stayed in this park for the last four years both for the RV supershow and a visit another time. The management and ownership is one of the best. I have found and this park's employees offer hospitality and are very conscientious. Our group booked sites with Paula today and it is such a pleasure to have an employee that takes cares enough to get things right and that follows through to ensure a happy and successful stay. If this park lacks anything with amenities, the staff more than makes up for it with their attitude and service! First Class Park!
