I’m rating one star bc it won’t let me rate without one. That being said , I’m a very unhappy customer with the Thonotosassa, FL Postal Service . One of carriers has claimed she can not deliver my mail for blockage for the past year. I have been to the post office to complain and they have not done anything to make her leave the mail, they always take her side. I’ve made short videos and take pictures to show the area isn’t blocked and I’m still having this problem. They send another carrier which he doesn’t seem to see a problem and always leaves my mail but he is temporary and then she comes back to do the same- NOT LEAVE MY MAIL!! I have lost very important mail , it probably has been returned to the sender . These senders aren’t just friends they are the IRS , Immigration and since I work from home many of them have been from my Employer! I’ve been trying to accommodate this carrier by not having cars near the area she backs up but still she is not leaving my mail. I agree with the others that if your don’t like your job just leave it to someone that does!!

The woman who delivers my mail is as rude and mean as they come. Alexia’s delivers wrong mail to my address and then complains to me about it. She is awful. Needs to be fired. Do you’re job right and be happy about it or quit.

Would rate no stars if I could. Never had a worse Post Office. Wait times are very long. Incompetent employees, and carriers that are complete imbeciles who damage items by folding, crushing and shoving into mail boxes. I just had a $50 laptop palmrest completely ruined by a carrier who bent it to shove it in my mailbox. This is a part made of sheet metal, covered with a rubber coating. The Post Master said it was not insured, so nothing she could do, but also agreed that the carrier should have known better. So, they get to destroy your property because of complete incompetence, and there are no consequences. This Post Office has had more Post Masters and carriers than I can remember in the past 8 years that I have lived here. They just can't seem to find people who can do their jobs. If I did my job like they do theirs, I would not have one for long.
