Lynnfield Commons location is very clean, well maintained, and convenient. The apartments are very spacious with great amenities. Office staff, Maintenance staff and Cleaning Staff do an excellent job making sure Lynnfield Commons look beautiful and run smoothly From a verified resident on ApartmentRating

Not the greatest apartment building. I have COPD and I choose this complex due to their no tolerance on smoking policy however I have increasingly gotten worst because my neighbors have a cloud of weed on my floor. I have reported it several times to Sam and his responses tend be condescending. They have a high turn over in the leasing office for employees and I am beginning to understand why. I pay over 2k to have constant asthma attacks due to their lack of enforcing their own rules. I would not recommend them and I am currently looking for a new place. If you have health issues I recommend you look elsewhere.

The apartment is good, and the staff in the office is very helpful and kind - 5 stars for the team members. Unfortunately, my car was damaged in the parking lot at night during snow plowing and nobody took any responsibility, the upper management didn't care about that - and I pay extra money because of the second car -, there is no vigilance nor the cameras covered the place the car was parked. A loss of $1900 and zero help from the administration. Very sad behavior from the Administration for a high-price we pay for the rent.

I’ve been here for 3+ years. The complex is well maintained. The office staff will go above and beyond to help you with any questions or concerns. The negative reviews are unfortunate. Especially the one about the dog building. Pets are only allowed in one building. It sounds like the pet owners are the individuals at fault for the condition of the hallways of the building. Maintenance is efficient and friendly. They routinely check the apartments and in my experience, are fully responsible for any small or large needs. Yes, rent increases annually, but it’s within an acceptable range and you are given options of month to month, 12 months or 15 month renewals.
