The boys over at Dry Ridge were incredible! Made it a total breeze purchasing a new 2023 Sequoia. I thought I would be there for a few hours but they had everything ready to go when I walked in. Thank you Travis, Chris, Tommy, Andy, and Bill (if I'm forgetting anyone I apologize). Well deserved 5 star.

Told me my oil pan was rusted out, lol, was going to Costco around $800 bucks to replace it. When I looked at it, was leaking oil out of the oil pan plug, head on the plug was rounded off and tightened way too tight. You cross threaded my oil plug and then tried to over toghten it to stop the leak. I'll replace it myself for $80 bucks since you're mechanic didn't wanna be forthcoming! You'll get no more of my dollars and nothing but bad reviews from me!

I have purchased five vehicles from this dealership over the past 25 years I have never once experienced any dishonesty our lack of follow-up or follow through on customer service are taking care of any problems but I might have.
We offer a shuttle to and from local restaurants, stores etc. for our customers who are waiting on their vehicle to be serviced here.
