I’ve been using Flagship Motorcars since 2005. I have also utilized their service department and have been singularly impressed since that time. I’ve also been impressed with my current service rep, Nathan Haugh. Nathan is totally professional, very knowledgeable and is easy to work with. He is also an administrative wizard able to minimize my time at the dealership. The dealership should be proud of its service department. They keep Mercedes owners coming back.

Went in to the dealership last July and started working with Craig right away. Being a Lexus customer for most of my life I was led to seek out another option after terrible service from their Watertown dealership. I can say that I could not have been happier with the overall purchase and Craig was amazing throughout the entirety of the sale. After 7 months of driving the vehicle we had a minor issue with a tire and alignment and once again Craig was able to jump in and work alongside service to fix the issue. You don’t generally find members of the sales team ready to work with you months down the road but Craig proved that wrong. I also purchased cpo. I noticed my hood was a little out of alignment when I brought it in they stated it was from a previous accident. I have not been in an accident. All cpo's including mine have to have a clean carfax. Miraculously they were unable to perform a carfax at that time. They also told me they were trying to see who the salesman was that sold me the car but the can not find paperwork. What bs. As an added bonus when receiving an oil change I noticed the tech unplug my dash cam. Why?
Take it to dealership. Or lookup up b5 in service manual. Some adjustment may be necessary.
