Toyota on Nicholasville is amazing. They helped me and my family pick the perfect vehicle for us and our budget. They care more about helping people than making a quick buck. The sales person was great and the sales manager Rob Khalaf worked wonders for us. We will always go back to Toyota on Nicholasville.

Deceptive dealer ….Take your business elsewhere. Please consider other reputable dealers before giving Nicholasville Toyota your business. My mother ordered a new 2022 Prius in early Sept. from Nicholasville Toyota. The “worksheet” referenced a trade in on her current vehicle & provided a purchase price which appeared to be the MSRP. When the ordered vehicle arrived, my mother explained that she did not need to finance the vehicle and was only interested in purchasing the vehicle outright. The initial trade-in value they offered for her car was almost $8000 lower than real in-person offers we had received for the car & also trade-in values provided by Carmax, Carvanna & Kelly Blue Book. When the saleswomen learned my mother was not interested in trading her car she said they would only sell my mom the new car with an interior/exterior treatment which would cost $2000 because there was no trade (this cost had never been mentioned in any prior communications or on the worksheet & sales documents provided prior to the final sale). My mother immediately responded that she did not wish to spend the extra money on this “optional” add-on treatment. The deal deteriorated from there and the saleswoman would not give my mother a straight answer on the final price of the vehicle other than to insist they were doing the add-on treatment at the cost of $2000 (we have come to learn that other dealers charge a third of that price for this optional service/treatment). It was apparent that my mother was going to be charged several thousand extra dollars in fees that were never mentioned in any of the prior documents or communications with the sales staff. Additionally, on the day the new car was supposed to be purchased from Nicholasville Toyota, my mother received a fair in-person offer from Frankfort Toyota (following their evaluation of her used car). This offer was for the car only (with no trade-in or other vehicle purchased) & was $2000 higher than the final trade in value offered by Nicholasville Toyota. When asked about this dealership’s (Nicholasville’s) practice of pricing & doing business, the saleswoman responded that every dealership makes their own “rules”. We were transferred to the sales manager and it was very clear from speaking to him that they were not willing to make a fair deal. My mother was more than willing to pay the MSRP as we had expected but she was not willing to trade her car in for $2000-$4000 less than we could get for it elsewhere or pay an additional $2000 for the interior/exterior treatment which is optional at other dealerships. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere but it was a very disappointing and souring experience to see my mother treated this way on what will likely be her last vehicle purchase. There are legitimate dealerships out there. I purchased a new car from King’s Auto Mall this year and had a very different (positive) experience with no games, no gimmicks, straight MSRP price as agreed, no expectation to make a trade in, and no requirement to have the very overpriced exterior/interior treatment done. Please proceed with caution if you choose to do business with Nicholasville Toyota. Do your homework ahead of time & know your numbers if you don’t want to be taken advantage of or pay a much higher price.

You may need to get the locking mechanism oiled
We bought a vehicle here last August. It was very safe. Everyone wore a mask and social distanced as needed.
I wouldn't know. I'm a reviewer and don't work there. Sorry.
I would definitely call them and talk to them in person
Not sure, it's on New Circle now
I have not rented cars but I'm sure Toyota have cars that can be leased.
