This is my second time coming to the central camp and both times I have had a blast. Everyone at the camp is very welcoming and friendly. My guide was Ben, who did absolutely everything in his power to get me on deer every single day, the guy worked his tail off and sat me in some incredible looking areas. We got very unlucky with the weather so the hunting was a little slow, but that’s to be expected when the weather is 70 degrees for a week straight in November. Despite this I saw deer everyday. Ben got me on three separate shooters, tonight (my last night) I saw the biggest deer of my life at 28 yards, it was just a tad too dark for me to make it out it my sight. Regardless I am completely satisfied with my second experience at this camp and I will for sure be back.

I’d recommend Whitetail Heaven to any one! I’ve (deer) hunted south and west camp and had a great experience at both. Saw deer every day at both camps (2021 west & 2022 south) and was fortunate enough to harvest a nice buck at south camp this year. The guides I’ve had have been great and really put me in spots to see deer. It was evident they were familiar with their farms. TJ was very helpful and knowledgeable, and Timmy is THE MAN! I Could tell he knew his stuff. I will definitely be booking again.

I'll start out by saying this was our first attempt at using an outfitter to hunt. I honestly had no idea what to expect in terms of the hunting but did expect to be treated well when out of the woods by the staff. Our guide, Ben, was great. He was a straight up guy that fed us no b.s. and gave us many pointers. I appreciate his generosity and punctuality. We stayed at the central camp in Nicholasville, KY but had to hunt an hour and 15 minutes away. We had an excellent room at the white guest house overlooking the river. The guide and house were by far the best things of the trip. Tevis talk about these world-class meals and how "nobody does what we do." 2nd morning we have no breakfast or sandwiches made up for lunch. There was never an apology or a my bad or anything. James was the guy that I was supposed to communicate with and he is one of the least punctual people I have ever had to deal with. This is a service industry with very poor service. Our dinners were pretty good other than the fact dessert was bought from Walmart. My buddy and I were not happy about the no breakfast and had a poor day hunting on night 2. We went to dinner and Tevis was screaming on his phone for an hour and a half doing one of his b.s. Facebook live videos. Tevis cares about that dollar and once you spend it he's ready to get you out of there. The hunting was average. Driving every morning and evening your own vehicle really sucks. There is alot of woods around the lodge but I'm assuming that's for the big time clients. The farm we hunted was definitely hunted hard. Ben did everything he could do but he can't control the deer, weather, or overhunting. I will never go back to this place even on a free hunt. I do not recommend and I highly suggest doing your research. The guys we hunted with were on a free hunt this year because their guide was all methed out last year. Forgot to mention you can't shoot anything under 130 inches without being charged extra. I'm sitting in the stand on our last day as I write this review and my whole morning has been ruined by two house dogs running around my stand for 3 hours so that was just icing on the cake.

Just returned home from an outstanding muzzle loader hunt at Central Camp. As always a warm greeting from my friend and owner Tevis McCauley. Great meal and a hunting brief by my guide Tony. Tony had pictures of the deer I was looking for, a big 9 point. Next morning off to the woods and my 20’ ladder stand. As dawn broke, I realized I had an amazing view of a large bean field and I already had deer in front of me. Saw a number of small bucks and lots of does throughout the day. Around 6:00 PM, the buck I was looking arrived and presented a great shot opportunity. After the shot deer went about 50 yds into the woods and fell dead. Great job by my guide Tony and fellow guide Justin. Deer weighed in around 230 and these gents pulled it out of the woods and loaded it up. I have said for years the nobody does it like Whitetail Heaven and I continue to say that. Special thanks to my friend Chad McCranie for matching Tony and I up. Can’t wait till next year
