I love, love, love This Target on Lonetree. We always come for one or two things and come out with 20 items. It never fails. I always find what I need. Whether it’s grocery items, cleaning or beauty products and clothing. I love Target clothes and shoes. You can also find things like indoor/outdoor furniture, rugs, lamps and more!!! They need a bit of improvement on customer service though. I can’t seem to find anyone for help but I always find things myself so it’s all good! Maybe they’ll get that 5th star next time!!!

I didn’t have any problems when I was shopping, but the problem occurred when I was leaving. So I had some bags from other stores in my cart, as I had shopped in those stores first then came to target and my arms hurt from carrying them. So I paid for my few items and as I left I took out my bags and left the cart inside with the other carts. As I did this the security guy said, quiet loudly, “did she pay for everything?” Into his walk-in talkie. When I looked up at him to call him out (do not accuse me of theft) he immediately dropped his walkie and turned his back to me. So loudly I said that he wasn’t slick and I left with all my things. Here’s my thing, I get it I look weird, but either directly confront me or don’t be so loud about it. I felt attacked and uncomfortable.

I love Target. I'm glad they don't lock up every single item like Walmart does. I shop at Target almost every day, but the experience I had today was awful. I payed for some sodas for my family and I. Some how one of the sodas dropped and spilled every where. The lady who works at Target probably doesn't understand English. I told her 1 of the sodas fell. She told me to get another one. I did. She took 1 of the sodas and tried to put it back. I said "what are you doing? I payed for that one" She made me pay for another one after I already payed for the one that dropped. I regret not asking for a manager. The next time that happens I will ask for the manager. Lady needs to understand English.

It's a store...I got 2 of the 3 things I need. But the thing is this brand tries to be a higher-end one stop shop. Yet, employees do not smile or barely greet you. There were only 3 lanes open and then self-check on Mother's Day weekend. To ask the higher-end prices, provide higher-end customer service or at least treat your workers better so customers are at least greeted/treated better.
