I’m leaving this review because I am really happy with how Michelle the manager handled a problem that I had with my scheduling, I had to miss one of my appointments due to the fact that my toddler was in the emergency room which was in November 8 , I called to cancel and notify however this information wasn’t notated properly, when I called rebook my appointment I had mentioned that I had an ultrasound at Brandon hospital and when I spoke to the call center I guess they understood that I already had an appointment set so they put my appointment out for January after my Brandon hospital ultra sound . With that happening the office decided since I hadn’t been seen in 13 weeks that I would have to transfer out to another location. The office was not aware of the miscommunication because notes were cited, that called and spoke to the call center to let them know about my child being in the emergency room, and also they weren’t aware that I actually had an appointment with Brandon hospital and not the OB/GYN center which was just one big miscommunication. When I spoke to the manager of the office Michelle she was very understanding she took time to listen and understand that there was a miscommunication and she’s working on Speaking with the provider, so I don’t have to transfer out to another location. I was just really happy how she handled everything and just took time to listen and understand and figure out where the problems were, in order to fix them. I just hope everything works out and I’m able to stay at this location. And they’ve also have a direct line now to their office to speak to Staff and not just a call center which is awesome

Very irresponsible clinic, they sent me 20 text and not 1 had an address! I called 2 hours prior to my appointment and all they said to me was that their computer was down & nobody could tell me what clinic to go to, therefore I was late. After arriving to the wrong clinic the lady used the computer to tell me I was at the wrong clinic that the clinic I was was 10 minutes away. She called the clinic and they couldn't even honor me being 15 minutes late cause of their computer being out( although the lady in the office used it perfectly to find out where I had to be) Never again! away.. sAfter this mess they tell me I had to reschedule,, as if they are the only women clinic in town

I thought this place was great to begin with. They were able to bill what i owed for labor and delivery. The ladies in the lab were great. But the closer I got to my delivery the worse my experience was. You are never seen by one doctor so you never know the doctor who will deliver you. Most if the doctors are nice but doctor Patel is rude and will belittle you. The office Manager is the worse. She belittles you and rushes through information. They never tell you things until you ask. I had to follow up multiple times in order to get paperwork or information done. My baby was in distress the whole time during delivery. They broke my water and it took forever for them to deliver. The baby’s heartbeat kept going down. When I delivered the ob was texting and answering calls. I didn’t know the baby had the cord wrapped around his neck until a nurse said so or that they had to use a vaccum to retrieve baby until my two week appointment. The OB they delivered me was completely unprofessional. In order to get circumcision done you have to pay $200 even if your insurance covers your child and you’ll have to bring him to the office to get it done. This is the only ob office that I’ve heard do this. Event our pediatrician was confused. If you don’t pay when you’re in the office you have to get clearance from your pediatrician in order to go get the procedure done BUT they won’t do anything unless it’s within 10 days. Once I got my letter they had no appointments available and had to go a urologist. I asked for help. They treated me for postpartum and I never received a referral for therapy. But when I asked for help with a return to work they would not help me. I was having a hard time and the office manager said she was going to ask the provider but even if they gave me an extra week I’d still be on the same situation They said that at this point I would have to go to a primary. They are completely uncaring after delivery. Only go here if you’re desperare. Otherwise you won’t get good postpartum care and they’ll rush through your visit even after you waited for an hour and a half.

The only reason I am giving 1 star because it is required to leave a review. I have been patient over 20 years and I absolutely love the staff. But this Saturday crew is a piece of work. I came to this office this morning and was treated so disrespectful by an office manager name April. She was cutting me off while I was speaking, rolling her eyes, and when she did allow me to speak she was looking the other way. I am going to pray for her. Very unprofessional. She eventually got up while I was speaking to her and went and got the nurse practitioner to speak with me which made no sense at all being that she was trying to explain a policy based on office rules and she stated she was the office manager, but I guess she figured if she went to get another black woman that would make a difference. The only difference is made is that she was very professional and explained that this was a policy on Saturdays that I would have not been aware of. Be careful how you treat the people of God 🙏🏾
