Terrible just simply terrible appoiments are supposed to be for 1 hour the providers here will sometimes even cut you off at 30 minutes then bill your insurance as a full visit your provider here will go on lots of free roaming vacations so good luck working around your work schedule or anything else they are very fake and completely un sympthic as can be unprofessional place to say the least

I reached out through the Psychology Today portal thinking I might hear from Higher Ground in a few days or maybe not all give the third party contact. I was happily surprised to receive a call within an hour. Great first impression!

The owner is phenomenal. Every encounter with Jim was a positive one. We called upon Kim Hammill as a therapist to provide a safe and neutral place for our daughter and she provided substandard, unprofessional care. Her interventions caused more damage then good. I would not recommend her. I have heard good things about the other caregivers in the practice. But we removed our daughter from Kim Hammills care and our daughter has shown improvement! Going to see Kim was a unfortunate mistake, a setback...that I hope others do not make.

Everyone is so nice and friendly! Very casual, laid back environment. I have always been treated with respect and kindness.
