Went for an ER visit due to a cardiac event. The ER was immaculate. Their setup is completely efficient. They take your name and symptoms and then you go to the waiting room. Doctors come out to evaluate you almost immediately; before youβre even registered. That too was a simple procedure. And then various doctors come grab you from the waiting room to run tests while you wait comfortably for the results or in my case the next round of tests. I left feeling heard and the all of the staff were very kind and calming on what was otherwise a scary day for me. So glad I chose going to visit this hospital as opposed to others in my area.

Pleasantly surprised that even though the ER was very busy on a holiday weekend we were able to get in and out in 'only' 2 1/2 hours. Our previous visits (with much less traffic in the waiting room) ranged up to 9 hours. The staff, as always, was polite and considerate, though social distancing was an issue with a packed house, with seating extended into the hallway near the restrooms. Whatever procedures/ protocols have been instituted since our last visit, it's obvious that it's working

Doctors and Nurses are great, immediately came to the lobby and took us inside the ER room. They did not hesitate at all, immediately started taking action! The only thing I was not satisfied was, they need to have an MRI on site, not wait to bring one from another location. This is an emergency room, not urgent care. My wife and I had an emergency, time is vital in certain situations, making decisions in a time limit make a big difference when you have lab works results in your hand ASAP. Fortunately , everything went well. A big thank you !!! to the entire emergency room .π€π€π€

Out of 12 to 15 hospitals I ever been to in different states due to military relocation, this place by far is the most memorable and stunning. βοΈ βοΈ βοΈ βοΈ βοΈ five out of five stars. The OB staff here is by far more generous than 99% of other locations. My Nurse JAHNIECE was extraordinary, marvelous, sweet, super knowledgeable, and kind. As a first time dad, she made this process memorable and relaxing. The staff here was stupendous. Definitely HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here to have your child. The care that was placed in us was fascinating. The way they handle changing over with personnel and letting you know, is super informative and thoughtful. Just want to tell the staff, thank you.

Sounds like this is more of a review or complaint, not a question. Also, almost ZERO emergency rooms will give pain meds anymore. Not while you're there and definitely not a prescription for when you go home. If you have a complaint, I'd suggest taking it directly to the hospital admin... because they'll never see what you write here. This is the place where the community tries to answer *general* questions about a place based on our experience.
They told us it was changing daily. I was allowed in there and we were told we could have another over 18 that had either proof of vaccine or negative test. We were there the 14 thru 19th of August

Yes, I m sure they will be able to answer all your questions in Spanish
Hello Paul. General visiting hours at Rancho Springs Medical Center are from 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. However, hours may vary by department.
If you can find the time and a quiet place
The part that says emergency room in big bold red letters and everything to the left when you come in the drive off of Hancock
Hello Vertix, please ask your nurse or medical assistant for directions to the coffee shop.
Hello, please reach out to your care team as patient meal times differ.
Hi, Dylan. Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. We would like to get some more details so that we can further look into your concerns. So that we can follow up with you directly, please provide us with your contact information by visiting www.ranchospringsmedcenter.com/about/contact-us. Thank you again.
We had an ER visit with no insurance. The bill was just sent to our address, hope this helps!
No and I wouldn't recommend them at all. Go anywhere else. My husband got COVID during his stay here and they sent him home so the rest of our family could also get infected. Absolutely pathetic excuse for a hospital
Hi, Susan. Yes, at this time all patients that are admitted to the hospital are tested for COVID-19. Thank you!
The front door use it just for exit but you can use the emergency door to go to the lobby of the hospital.
Before delivering, there can be 2 people. Usually husband plus one. After delivery only 1 visitor. Usually the husband
Hi, Sydney. Yes, there is a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) βat Rancho Springs Medical Center. To learn more, visit www.ranchospringsmedcenter.com/services/maternity/nicu.
Yes
That's something you'd have to take up with the hospital directly. This is just a forum where regular people who've previously reviewed a place try to answer basic questions for other regular people who haven't... such as "is there free parking?" etc, etc.
If you deliver a baby then yes. I don't think it's as extravagant as a car seat tho.
That would be something you'd need to request through your primary doctor (or child's doctor). It would be performed at whichever facility your child's doctor is contracted with.
Yes. It does.
Yes, there is a birthing unit, and yes, you get one on one training with a breastfeeding specialist.
Rancho just built a birthing center Good luck
Rancho Springs Medical Center won't see your complaint here. This is a community Q&A area. Not part of the hospital. I'd suggest you file a complaint directly with the hospital admin.
ok go some where
I honestly think that you should file a complaint because a doctor or any person should yell at you for requesting something I hope you're ok now
go else where

Dr Michael Anderson he is great i didn't wanna deliver at hemet either so i transfered to him, i think u have to have iehp direct call iehp and ask what u have. Hes really sweet and answers any questions youll have during the process the only downfall to him is his office is in Murrieta and towards the end of the pregnancy your going like every week and because he works alone sometimes youll go and theyll tell u to go home because he had a delivery
