Great staff. I was there for a drug screening and the process was quick, and I was in and out in no time. The technician helping me happened to be a Raider fan. I'm a Niner fan, so you would think he and I would've disagreed on many things but he was very positive and we both wished each other a great season. This made my stay enjoyable because I'm a hard-core football fan. So it was nice to chat to someone that felt the same way about the sport during this type of procedure.

I had the best experience! I’ve been told it’s a long wait, the staff is rude, ect. But I experienced the complete opposite actually. Of course it’s a busy office and it can get a little chaotic but what office isn’t? So, I was basically a walk-in pt, first in line so that made things easier for me. The only hassle was filling out paper work. But that was pretty much it. Everything else was smooth sailing. I was taken back in a timely manner, saw the MD, and was on my way. Crystal the lady who assisted me was such a sweetheart. Didn’t feel a thing when she did my TB. 10/10 would definitely recommend. (try to be the first in line, of course)

I give a 2 star review because I got what I needed done but this place is not anything special they don’t go above and beyond and they don’t have a welcoming attitude when you walk in like other places I have gone to. It is a clinic with a very long wait time and the people in the front have a little attitude when asked a simple question and they make no eye contact with you when you are asking. Which to me is a little rude. I waited almost 3 hours for a 10 minute dot urine test. I only came to this clinic because it is the closest to me and the only authorized one by my employer. If I had my choice I would go somewhere else.

As a foreword, I rarely leave a poor review. After a challenging day at work I had to pop into urgent care due to a work injury (got bit at work, skin was broke). My visit lasted almost 3 hours (mostly waiting). When I was done, I was quickly ushered out accidentally leaving my jacket behind and also unknowingly never received the medication the doctor prescribed to ensure I wouldn't get an infection. As I drove away, I realized the error and turned around to retrieve both, only to meet with locked doors and no response to my knocking. The negligence is a bit disappointing to say the least, unfortunately at my follow-up appointment I was met with less-than-favorable regard to my circumstance and even appeared to make me feel ignorant. Hope this place gets better before I have to do my TB testing.

I'm sorry ,I don't know,if u call they will tell u,Everyone there are very nice.I'm going for rehab.a injury.
I don't know but it's a great place. Nice and friendly staff. Great doctors and physical therapists. 😃
No, I walked in and had to wait for 4 hours. The receptionists are very rude. I had inquired after waiting for 4 hours how much longer I would have to wait and one lady at the front just responded with attitude and glared at me saying that "you're a walk in what do you expect". I would make an appt if you HAVE to go to this medical facility. I personally will never return to the Murrieta U.S. Healthworks.
