Terribly rude, condescending, and unprofessional. If you don’t have an appointment they treat you like your a child who didn’t plan ahead. If you do, they act like your bothering them if you ask how long the wait is. If you want to experience what it’s like to say hi with a smile and be greeted with negativity you can’t find a better place than Quest Diagnostics. Google won’t let me give negative stars.

I went at a very busy time 10 am. The woman who took care of me was great. Would have given 5 stars but my wait was almost an hour. I will make an appointment from now on. Some of us have to learn the hard way hahaha.
