Visited Arizona Tile on Murrieta on 8/1/22. After visiting their Ontario show room, few days prior. Ontario showroom had few selections that was shown to us. So, we decided to stop by at the Murrieta showroom, much closer drive from Hemet. Charles Teachout was our customer service rep. And showed us many island slab that my wife was looking for. Charles was an outstanding professional who provided his expertise and recommendations and completed the purchase of our slab selection. If you are ever in the Murrieta showroom, look for Charles Teachout. This is not a knock on the staff there. They were all wonderful and professional. Wife could not be more than happy of her island slab purchase!!! Also, a big shout out their Assistant Branch Manager, Tony Sparrow, handle his duties in a very professional manner. I’ll definitely come back to Arizona Tile on future purchases!!! They are NO KA OI!!!!

My wife and I were really impressed with the selection at Arizona Tile. Chris helped us navigate the showroom and answered all of our questions. Chris was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. We had a great experience and got everything we needed to complete our kitchen remodel. We will definitely come back when we're ready to tackle the bathrooms.

I am sad to report that my latest visit, [I've been shopping here (actually since the old place) since 2005] was one of the worst. The customer service is often hit or miss, while the selection and price are hard to beat locally. Today, when I tried to special order some tile, the guy repeatedly said to himself (I guess) that he hates special orders. Eventually, he gave several excuses and essentially told me it wasn't worth his aggravation to place my order.
