Great place to hike. Fairly flat and if you are fairly spry you can sit on a Boulder near a noisy stream

The perfect get-out-of-the-city destination. The gallery is small but the exhibits are always by stunning talent. The main covid change is needing to have a reservation to go into the gallery but the grounds are open without restriction. There is a small parking lot so you can get an idea of how many people are out on the trails when you arrive. The trails are well cared for and nice and wide (ticks are a concern in the area and wide trails are a plus during non-winter walks). We have a toddler in out party so we usually do half of the main loop, usually starting by going right on the Main Loop then taking a left on the Pequit trail to cut the walk shorter. The vernal pool is a must-visit in late March or early April to hear the frogs. One of our favorite places. Easy drive from the south end of Boston.

This place is great for a quick and easy hike. I haven't been to the museum yet but the trails are peaceful and the section next to the river is one of my favorite stretches of trail in this area.

Had my son's birthday party here. Good spacious place for 15 kids and about 10 adults. Trail is awesome weather permitting. Had an excellent program coordinator in Sarah . She was great with kids and coordinated the event stupendously.

There is a parking lot to the side of the sanctuary with a paved path leading to the gallery which is wheelchair accessible.
