Care and medication management is absolutely wonderful! I recommend for anyone with insurance or who is looking for good care. I am however overall disappointed on how they handled my disability paperwork. I had to pay $150 for them to fill it out. I did that two weeks ago and now they called me today saying it’s going to take 2 more weeks for them to fill out the paperwork for insurance. Essentially they are gatekeeping my short term disability payments from me for me to be able to provide for myself and my family. If you are considering them for short term disability just be prepared to max out some credit cards before the paperwork is done. I’m going on about 5 weeks of waiting for this.

Kaylee Humerickhouse is amazing! She listens to me and makes me feel heard. She makes suggestions on things we can do and she helps me make informed decisions. She understands what I’m saying even if I am having a hard time articulating my words and if she doesn’t (which is rare) she takes the time to figure it out. She NEVER makes me feel stupid for the things that I say which has not been the case at other places. I would recommend her 100%! After looking at some of the reviews I felt the need to state that I have never been required to pay anything more than my co-pays. I have also shown up to my appointments every time and on time so maybe that makes a difference. Paying for not showing up or on time usually costs money and is the case with most doctors which is understandable considering you are taking appointment times from others who want them.

Kathryn is always professional and has a willingness to help me. Genuine concern for me as her patient. I look forward to my appointments as a can communicate whatever is on my mind and how I'm feeling. My appointments put me in check to review myself and my mental health. Kathy was great she made me feel very comfortable. Found out we were both dog persons that had similar dogs. Made everything much easier. If I ever need any more help I will be contacting Kathy. What is she made it very easy for me to talk!
