I’ve called multiple times to get her to release my records to a new doctor so I can continue treatment, and my doctor needs them to fill my prescriptions. This office has not returned any of my calls. And now the mailbox is full, so they CLEARLY aren’t listening to any voicemails.

I dont personally see Dr. Haney but my husband does and has been seeing her now for about 7 yrs. No one answers the phone or returns calls. He has called several times a day for the last few weeks and her voice mail is full and NO ONE checks it apparently bc it continues to be full. Absolutely unprofessional, I work in the medical field and this is so ridiculous that they would put people's lives in jeopardy by not filling medications properly and not making follow up appointments, at least virtually. I would give zero stars if I could. My husband is now sick as hell from her neglect.

I've been seeing Dr. Haney for seven year's now. I had to find another physician do to change in medical coverage, which turned out to be the best thing that could ever happen. I had to wait 3 months before I could get my first appointment because she was booked that far out. I even asked to be placed on the list if there was a cancellation, to please call. Joan was there at that time frame and they, Dr Haney and Kyle Day, LSCW were in a different suite at the time and they shared that space. I highly recommend Dr. Haney she's a wonderful physician who has excellent bedside listening skills, great sense of humor, all the best qualities of physician you are looking for.

This woman is amazing! Her and Joan have always been so good to me! I've never felt more comfortable dealing with any drs or medical staff than i do with them and I don't feel ashamed or embarrassed of the issues I go thru! Kyle Daye, the therapist is just as great! I am so thankful for this office, and for Dr Haney helping me finally feel like a somewhat normal person!
