Great park. Stayed in Old Prairie campground. Not much room between sites, although sites are fairly roomy. Lots of trees, so good shade, but tall rigs need to watch overhead. Bathhouse extremely clean & well-provisioned. Would have preferred a separate, private dressing area instead of a common one for the 2 shower stalls, but since OP is a relatively small campground, I was the only one using the shower both times I used it.

Our 1st experience camping in Florida A gentleman will drive by several times with ice and firewood for sale. Bathrooms are clean, noticed people cleaning them.

Great campground with many things to do. Awesome trails for hiking and riding your bike. They also have a pool but it is currently closed due to Covid19. The camping sites are nice and separated but some do flood with heavy rain.

Yes on a leash, but it cannot be left unattended in the campsite.
Yes they do if in campground. Not the backwoods ones you walk to though. I wouldn't get any site near 10 by the dumpster bc they flood.
Yes, as far as I know. You just need to reserve a site.
Yes
Paid about 30. For tent site with water and 30 and 50 Amp elec. Few steps the the clean restrooms and showers.
Depending on the carrier.
Yes they do. I take b my dog camping with me there all the time... Most the campers there do have dogs.
Yes absolutely, they even have repeating rv group that meets there yearly to celebrate halloween
No I'm sorry there is not any sites directly on the river
Yes, but they have to pay to get into the park.
There are no swimming signs posted on the river. I wouldn't swim in it even if it was allowed. Dark water, gators, etc.
14 days is the max unless you can get a job as a camp host or do some volunteer work
No
Everytime I have been there in the last two years the pool has been closed ....4 times
Yes, they rent by week or day. I think it was $22 for the night that stayed.
Mr. Barrett is correct! Lots of space. It it rains a lot, just make a note that there are a lot of standing puddles!
They do have campground hosts. Not sure how to apply.
I believe it was 22$ non resident and 11$ Florida resident, tents allowed
There are primitave sites for tents on the other side of the river.

I agree with Donnie, there really needs to be several dump stations. However, if you are going to be camping during the week i am sure it will not be a problem at all. Its really just a major issue on Sunday morning when everyone is trying to get out. I have waited almost 3 hours before to get my turn. Luckily now i have a hookup where i can discharge at home if there is too long of a wait. However the park is beautiful, and i would not discourage you fron going there jusy because of that reason.
There are also a couple of primitive, walk-in sites across the river, with no amenities, for the rugged purist adventurers.
