I called in a order and I live 5 minutes away from it an they said 15 to 20 minutes and I was there from my home to there business and my order was waiting on me to pick up. My food was hot and very good. I love Domino's 🍕🍕🍕🍕

Always EXCELLENT service at this location- The pizza is always made very quickly, even on busy nights we have never had to wait long for an order. Friendly staff, and our orders have always been made correctly. The Pizza Tracker & 2 minute carside delivery guarantee are great additional features.

This is a great place to do business in my experience. I love the food and their reward system is great. They are really willing to make it right with you if anything is wrong and are proactive with customer experience with their new “two minute guarantee” when you order curbside pickup. I’ve done this many times, and they are always out within 5 seconds but it must be a busy night and they missed the 2 minutes and I got a free pizza for next time. Honestly waiting 2 minutes doesn’t even seem that long so that’s an impressive feature to have. The best thing is, you don’t have to call in to do any of this, it’s all done on the mobile app. They also have a lot of options for the customer which I appreciate. I’ve been a customer here since 2008 and will continue to be one.

I worked at Dominos yrs ago and you would be surprised at the number of people that order pizza with no sauce, make sure to check all the boxes
Maybe you should communicate with the store. Call them.
They probably have signage, equipment, and legal structures such as contracts that use the "Domino's Pizza" branding and trademark, not to mention car toppers and uniforms. Perhaps you should try to get Google to update the name(s) of all the locations to take the word "Pizza" out of the name but you would have to do the whole market at once and use the Google Business API or the names will revert one at a time back to saying "Pizza." The group listing is where the change needs to be made. Somebody with more knowhow than us should access the API and upload a spreadsheet with the new name as a grouplisting edit instead of making rounds to edit each one. If it bothers you that much, find a Google expert and hire them to fix it.
