Maybe you should communicate with the store. Call them.
Check the order details then contact the store. Is it possible that you put in the wrong address and whoever lives at the erroneously entered store just took the pizza and didn't correct the delivery driver?
Definitely call or go by with your tracking number and get your money refunded.
If ordered it online you can go with the track number and asked at the employee for your money back
