I loved it. Spent much needed quality time with my mom. Just wish people under 55 were allowed to live here. I would live here. But unfortunately I have two young grandchildren who live with me

Love this place don't live here yet sure planning to rent runs from 242 to 70 that's reasonable for an mobile home park. Most Parks run anywhere from 5 to 700. No pool but it has Lake access and nice Clubhouse.

From what I have heard so far, very minimal.
Lot rent around 240.00 a month, no damage from irma. You have to be 55 or older to reside there

I don't live there, just in the area. So you would have to check with someone who knows.
They really don't like children i thought. It is a 55,or older park but they have another section next to tbe gas station. There is also another all age park at the very end of eagles nest road.
Some areas in the park are restriced to a certain gallon amount per month, but water is included in the lot rent.
