We have a 2019 Jayco White Hawk that had a roof go bad. I called Dave and took the first appointment that he had and got our unit in. The entire rubber roof and decking had to be replaced. Dave got with the service manager (Mike) and they got the ball rolling. We got them the unit on 5-5-22 and they had us ready for pickup on 6-10-22. When you replace a roof, everything has to come off: ACs (2), Skylight, Fan covers, Plumbing Vents...All of it. Not only is the new roof better than factory, everything was cleaned on the inside and out. They even Armor All'd our tires. A sincere thanks to Mike, Dave and and all the techs on getting this job done right and on time. We have used other Jayco Dealers in the past for service work but no one has come close to this kind of service!! Not only efficient but super friendly. That's what you get when you use a "Family Business. Again, thank you guys so much.

We had a great experience picking up our new RV. Starting with the Front Desk, Pamela had a welcome smile and made us feel special by putting our name on the Welcome Marquis. Pamela was so informative and explained the free camping membership thoroughly. I felt like I was taking to my sister. Richard was our technician and walked us through the whole camper with his expert knowledge on how the RV operates. We had many questions and he made us feel comfortable to ask. David, Mike, Elizabeth and Chris in parts were so helpful in steering us where specific items were located in the store and placing an order for other items. Jenny in Finance had everything ready to sign and was there for the many calls beforehand. She was very organized and made the pickup very easy. We met Tyler and he made us feel like we a part of the family. Great experience and would recommend this dealership to my own family.

Some time ago we traded our Class B for a small towable. Gave me a little more room. I had difficulty sleeping in the B. Inadvertently, I had left a very valuable, to me, item in the B. I looked all over for it but could not find it. Several weeks passed and I got a call from a Lady at Camper’s Inn, Leesburg, telling me the lost item had been found by a girl doing the detailing on the B. To say that I was over the moon happy, is an understatement. So thank you Camper’s Inn, for both a great RV but also for returning what I thought was lost forever.
