I just spent 5 1/2 hours with my truck at service. My service advisor Jose was very good and kept me up-to-date with the progress. My problem was with the technicians in the back who did not complete their task in a timely manner!They had the audacity to give me my truck back like this. I bought my truck here three years ago and have been servicing it only here and I’ve been satisfied until today!They have gone downhill drastically with their service department.

My experience was like Mark's. I had my car serviced their twice, as it came as a courtesy, as with times I should have not wasted my gas. I have no more courtesy oil changes, so I am done. We considered buying my husband's next car there, but are now reconsidering.
I've had pretty good luck with Bill Bryan. I'd give them a shot at it. And they have good popcorn & hot dogs in their waiting area.
