We have taken our car there many times and have had great personal service and they have been great to work with. You know everyone has a bad day and even if you work in the public sometimes you let get in the way you treat people, we all do.

My experience was like Mark's. I had my car serviced their twice, as it came as a courtesy, as with times I should have not wasted my gas. I have no more courtesy oil changes, so I am done. We considered buying my husband's next car there, but are now reconsidering.

Our experience couldn't be more opposite to KBs above.
