Gretchen Davis presents as professional & nice initially but she is a terrible broker, as bad as a used car salesman. She knew we had a short time to sell our home, we were closing on a house, promised us the world, but didn't answer the phone when people inquired about our home. It was a 2018. Showed it 3x in 2 mo's (to one person twice) and was nasty & snarly when we contacted her. We ended up paying $2500 because we had to return it to the park to buy our house & we were still under contract with Four Star Homes. We paid $2500 to FSH for nothing but aggravation. Took a big loss. I'm sure Four Stars will retaliate on what I said, but save yourself some heartbreak & don't use Gretchen or Four Star Homes.
