If I could give a zero I would. The first time we ever missed a payment and it wasn't anything big, we literally had a lot going on during that week and it slipped our minds. My husband did try and call but they never answered. They sent some burly looking bald guy who tried to push his way into my house before he even told me who he was. They are hard to deal with and are extremely rude DO NOT RENT FROM THEM

Went there looking for a washer and dryer and found a fairly nice one. I am pretty happy with them. Never had such nice washer and dryer. But the overall experience was nice the guy in there was super nice. He was originally from another store. The guy who came the next day to hook them up was from another store as well but he was right on time. I do Highly recommend this place...
