It's a senior trailer park in Florida. You can have pets.
Not many people rent out their home and the ones that do have renters that come every yr. You could call the office and Linda may know of some one renting.There are a few to buy here in this park.

No unless it's for a short visit to someone that lives there.
Each home is a little different, but when we were looking for a new home my husband found this to be very responsible. Most or the residents pay about $450.00-$495.00 each month. That includes trash pick up.
