We waited for over en hour for our order from drive thru they could have at least offered some thing to drink I understand u guys were short y machine was down

Came through the drive thru and they have a sign about a new whopper melt. Got to the speaker and was told they didn't have that anymore. Then I said ok can I get a impossible whopper and they told me that they didn't have that "right now " They need to update signs🤦 and quit being lazy...there was also like 10 cars parked in the lot waiting on food. 🤦

Haven't been to BK in a long time because the food was rarely ever above room temperature. I ordered a Jr Whopper meal in the drive through. The sandwich was just above room temp, the burger had probably been sitting around for too long. It's the same old cold food and dirty restaurant that I remember. One employee was out by the drive through smoking and threw it in the mulch and he looked like he just got out of jail. Back to Chicfila with hot food, good service and clean restaurants. RIDICULOUS!!
