Horrible customer service. They also now use door dash for there delivery purposes and if the dasher keeps ur food or give to the wrong ppl Pizza Hut employees tell you too get over it there’s nothing they can do

Waited 2 hours, the driver says he called me, but I didn't receive any single phone call at all. Honestly, you need to be honest to stay in the business!!! Update: 3 hours now, food was not delivered, and no one answered my call.

Pizza, for us is about convenience of delivery. I placed an online order and it was turned into a pick up because they were short staffed. Understandable, but defeated my whole need for convenience.

It took over 2 hours for the order. I can understand at times it is very busy. But I received a text at 7:20pm that my pizza was out for delivery. I did mot receive the order until 8:56pm. The driver apologised for the the wait stating that she was the only driver and that the store is understaffed inside as well. The pizza was not hot and dried out. If I called to complain, It would have taken forever.
