Called from Sharonville to place an order. Was put on hold. I disconnected at 7 min 15 sec and began travelling to Middletown. Made 11 return calls, getting a busy signal each time. Drove by the location. One customer car in the lot. Took my business elsewhere. It is obvious Mr. Robinson no longer owns this establishment.

For 2 ppl to have dinner here, it has gotten really pricey. And the food wasn't that great and thats hard to say, because this once was one of our favorite places to dine at. I tried calling literally 14x before actually getting through. Even though I was told 15mins before it would be ready, I still waited 10 more minutes to receive my order and the fries was so salty and cold, I couldn't eat them. Needless to say, my ordering from here again will not be any time soon.

First time visiting Penn Station East Coast and it was fantastic!! The turkey, bacon ranch sandwich was delicious!! I highly recommend this place for a great meal. You even get a cookie with the meal you order.
