Ordered a market fresh sandwhich and asked for no onion. There wasnt any onion but it tastes and smelled like a giant onion

Amongst other things, the bun was burnt. But that was the least of things. Went through the drive thru, because there doors are locked. Had to wait 15-20 minutes. They got the order wrong and over charged me, but they fixed that. But after all those things, still never got Arb’s sause or Horsie sause. I understand there were only 4 people working, and the lady manager was going crazy. But I saw another couple do what I did 2 weeks ago, walk up to the door to find it locked, and drive away. I won’t be back anytime soon. Hopefully people will realize they need to work, and places like this great restaurant will thrive again.
