Theres 2 managers, cant remember names, one has red/auburn hair, the other blonde edgy cut, edgy make-up but they are the ONLY reason i go in. Im very picky about my nuggets and fries being fresh and anytime theyre working they'll see me and immediatly tell line cooks to make my order fresh!! I knw this store gets alot of flack but been a regular 9yrs and got good comraderie w/new and old managers. They make sure my food is on point and if not, immediatly remake it. They do it with a smile everytime!!

Honestly not even worth one star. Went through the drive thru and the girl taking my order was extremely rude when I asked a simple question and then I didn’t even receive all of my order. I called to speak to a manger and file a complaint and she put me on hold and then hung up on me (also pretty sure it was the manager who was rude to me in the drive thru). I don’t usually make a fuss of things but this whole experience was ridiculous and completely unprofessional. Absolutely horrendous service.

They claim to be open 24 hours A-day and they outright refuse orders. They refuse to serve people because they don't feel like working even though they're supposed to be open 24 hours A-day they do the same thing even when you place a doordash order. They are incredibly rude and incompetent

This McDonald's sucks. Takes 30 min to get thru the drive thru. Get it together and get those cars moving..... and get a upgraded frappe and ice cream machine cause it's always " down for maintenance"
It depends on what time it is
I was the last door dasher they took tonight and I was lucky to even get it. And the said they were closing because of an emergency. What kind of emergency I don't know. But when I came back through they were sitting outside with lines backed up. And they didn't bother going around and tell them. Good people that work there but also the worst of the three to order from at night useless you door dash it ☹️
As long as you have a work permit the last I knew you have to be 16 I would call and ask a manager worst they can say is no.

The store is actually about the same size they made the kitchen bigger and the lobby just a little bit smaller and engles corner south main McDonald's is no longer a corporate store that is why they are closed at night
