I ordered the 3 way spaghetti and sub it to vegetarian chili because I'm vegetarian. But I don't know why it came only just spaghetti without cheese. It mentioned to the description topped with more than a handful of shredded cheddar cheese it's not that even close what's in the menu picture compared of what I got just noodles and chili! At the same time the garlic parmesan french fries that I ordered they did not include as well! I ordered they dash door and this is my first time to order at Gold Star Chili. I was really excited when it arrived but when I opened the plastic bag and checked the the 3 way I'm super disappointed of what it looks like very far from the menu! Your menu are very craving and you guys have good reviews and this what happened. It's very disappointed!!

We follow all CDC guidelines and state-mandated protocols.
Haven't had that experience at this store or any Goldstar for that matter. Usually any discrepancies are immediately and acceptably addressed by Management. I would still contact the Store Manager and ask for an explanation as to why it was unsatisfactory Meal.
