It’s not the best place they raise rent every year. It’s always dirty outside and trash on the grounds. You have to call the front office like 4 times before you get an answer but they quick to call if your a day or two behind on your rent. I been here a little over a year and I can’t wait to move.

Very unfriendly staff. Training was a bust. I wasn't trained properly and Regional Mgr took it out on me. The office was a bust carpet damaged, keys for people apartments were scattered. Pest Control complained that going to units keys were missing. Staff very disgruntled unhappy about status, wages and and maintenance demanding a free apartment. Company had rules for the manager to follow. But when it came to the other employees it didn't apply. Unprofessional work environment staff including Regional dressing like there going on a hike

I have lived here at Olde Towne Apartments in Middletown Ohio for three years soon to be four. I must say, I love it. We are a community, we are neighbors, we have a professional property manager, Nikki, who not only takes the time to listen but responds back in a timely manner. We have a maintenance manager, Larry, who once you put a request in, is there for you quickly. I love the fact that there is an online portal to pay your rent, place a maintenance request in, and even look at your lease terms. We have well maintained grounds, plenty of parking, laundry facilities that even on a Saturday morning you can get your laundry done ! The location is perfect, plenty of stores, restaurants, and specialty stores. Close to 75 but just far enough away. Everything in life is what YOU put into it. Treat here like a home with love and respect you'll receive it in return. If you are looking for a place to call home I suggest you check out the Olde Towne Apartments web site, see the floor plans, take a virtual tour, call and schedule a showing, see what you're missing out on ! Did I mention there is a playground and swimming pool along with a function room that if available via the leasing office can be made available ? We now also have front door pick up of trash . Personally, the environment doesn’t feel safe for me and my neighbor is not a nice person. They leave their dog alone and it’s bitten my husband and they smoke in their apartment which in turns makes my apartment smell horrible. I have health issues and the smell of either weed or smoke doesn’t help me. Our actual apartment has some issues and the carpet has residue from when the air conditioner went out; so are apartment also smells like mildew and mold. It needs the carpet cleaned and some of the small handyman issues need fixed or taken care of but it’s import get ahold of the office.
