They tend to play the movies that make the most money during the main hours of the day. Later movies are less popular times so they feel like they won't lose a much money if they are not successful.

Last night I seen it up and if they leave the theater its usually on fridays. Download the app or go to their website and you will be able to see their times and usually they have the lineups for the following week or at least up for the next few days.

Whenever it is released. If it is already in theatres and isnt at Regal Cinemas Town Center 16 yet, there is a chance it won't come. Theatres in smaller towns generally only screen what will sell a high volume of tickets. It's a demographic thing, so family movies, pop-horror, and summer blockbusters are the types of movies Regal 16 screens... Usually multiple theatre rooms are used for a single release.
