Order is over a week late and phone service does not connect to anyone. Sit on hold for hours. Either A) The system is down / doesn't work or B) The person at the desk does not answer calls.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Appt for my partner was at 1040. We arrived on time. Preceded to wait an hour and twenty minutes. When guestioned when he would be seen was told " he is waiting for a virtual appt". With this said we did not schedule with a virtual Dr.. when asked how much longer they could not even give us an estimated time. It would have been common courtesy to at least let us know what delay was much earluwr than 1200 when the staff saw us waiting so long. This is unacceptable customer service practice. While I understand with the work shortage there can be wait times. But not when you make an appt a week ahead of time

Doctors were nice but the front staff labeled my contacts backwards twice and were just rude for the entire experience. Forcing me to wait nearly 2 months after my initial exam for a valid contact prescription.

It's impossible to speak with anyone from the store via phone. I've been trying to get a status update on the glasses I ordered weeks ago.
