Own it & own a part of the whole park! Yes, pet friendly. New Doggy Park! Some residents have indoor cat or cats. One gentleman has a large parrot. Limit of 2 dogs. When we bought our Doule Wide Mobile Home here in 2017, it was $25,000 for the land, which included our part of the land in the whole Park. This was included in the price of our Mobile home. No one person or company owns our Park. The people that live here do. We have a board that we, the residents vote in & also a Park Manager that is voted in by us. So if the Park is sold, it would from a vote from the people, we all would get a percent of the money. We do have HOA fees of $260.00 a month. It is not rent...it is for our cable, water, waste water, garbage pick up 2 x a week, sewer, grounds mowed. Very Reasonable!
