Derek in service is fantastic. We just bought a nice low mileage edge. It just happened that the water pump went out right after we bought it. (Cars break, that what they do once and awhile) Derek made sure we didn't have to come out of pocket for it, and took care of everything. Super nice guy. Oh, Sales guy, Arthur was fantastic as well! Highly recommend the sales and service folks here. (Not the body shop though..that's another story)

Jarrett Ford did a fantastic job delivering my vehicle. I bought my vehicle in Idaho but moved to Florida before it could be delivered. Jarrett Ford agreed to do a dropship here for me and they treated me awesome, kudos to all of them. Alan Stier walked me through all of the truck options and accessories just as if I was his customer. Truly a professional job by everyone there. They will be my first stop in the future when it is time to buy another vehicle

I bought my wife’s 2019 f150 from here when it was Don Gasgarth and had also had my 2019 f250 there for a few services and warranty things and the service was great. Since it has been Jarrett Ford I have taken the f250 in once for an oil change and they dented my door and argued with me for two weeks that they did not do it, finally the security cameras showed no dent in my door as I arrived and it took months to get them to fix it. I also purchased the Ford toughguard package with that truck and they refused to reapply the ceramic coating to that door when they fixed it. I also recently took the f150 in for warranty work because the tpms system and FordPass system were not working. I have aftermarket wheels on the truck and had new tires and new oem motorcraft sensors put in two weeks prior to try to fix the problem, and the shop referred me to Ford in which Jarrett ford first told me they weren’t in there until I sent them the pictures of the bags for all four with the info on them, then they all of a sudden could program three but charged me $210 for one saying it was broken and that one wheel now is scratched in multiple places.

There is a separate company this dealership location uses for detailing. To apply you have to go to the detailing provider's website which is Tephseal.com

There is a ten day grace period but after that you are correct and there would be an additional fee. Hope that helps!
