Went to a wedding and it was beautiful inside and out. They cooked food there and service buffet style. The tables were decorated and facility is very clean.

So much confusion on wedding day. Jasmine made some things ok. But, I would not recommend having any event at this venue. There were live roaches in dining hall and the food was subpar. What should have been a great day from beginning to end, it went wrong all day. So disappointed after paying so much for a festive event. No referrals and no recommendations. DO NOT BOOK! If you do, read all the fine print, not once, twice, but x3. You may want to record the conversations to make certain who said what and why. Such a disappointment!!!!

WOW is all I can say! I had my wedding here on 2/26/22 and worked with Shirley. We had the most amazing time! First off the venue is absolutely stunning. We wanted something indoors but also had the option for guest to go outside. They have two garden area with lots of fountains. The second I showed my husband Kapok he feel in love and we knew we had our venue. We had a pretty good size wedding. Almost 300 people showed up and we all fit downstairs just fine. I will say it did get a little warm on the dance floor but I can’t complain too much because we had a lot of people. Now to talk about Shirley, SHE WAS AMAZING! I cannot recommend her enough!! I am an alpha female & have an A type personality. I love taking control and ask a ton of questions. Shirley was VERY quick to respond even responding on her days off sometimes. Shirley was on top of all my request and even put up with my random drop in’s. She never seemed annoyed or upset with me or my mom (who has the same personality lol). In our contract it stated Shirley was there for day of coordination but that’s not very true. We booked just about 1 year in advance and Shirley was helping me from day 1! Any questions I had I would just show up, call or email her and she would answer She helped with the seating chart, designs, and just about anything a full on wedding planner would do. I had my wedding just about planned 3 months out. Trust me you won’t need an extra wedding planner. Ladies and gentlemen, trust me if you are looking for a unique place to have a wedding or any event this is it! They definitely are not the cheapest place you will find but I felt I paid for what I got and was very happy with our decision and wouldn’t change anything! I wish I could post more photos but I’m still waiting on my professional photos so I apologize lol

This venue is espectacular. It reminded me to Italy with all the statues, columns and many unique details. We rented our Giant letters MR & MRS for a wedding and they looked amazing with their background. - Luxe Memories Events.

Yes there are weddings available there. Nothing is included. you can purchase extra packages for catering, decor and day of coordination, but it is all at an extra cost. Be prepared to spend some money, they are expensive!

The Kapok doesn't have a food service for events. If food is desired during an event it must be provided by the persons renting the space or catered. They can help you find a good caterer. The staff is very helpful with all their customers' needs.
