Mike made sure that debris did not get into the pool or left on the lanai after they were finished. I would recommend Creative Resurfacing for any work you have regarding your lanai and definitely ask that Mike supervise the work.

Update June 28th, 2021: Since I wrote this review, I’ve been in contact with the owner and maybe if I’d called him and not dealt with the sales guy (who is no longer there) things may have ended differently. He was sorry to hear about my horrible experience (noted below) and offered to reimburse me for my time to clean the pool (I guess they have a process in place to clean the pool professionally in the event it rains-which the crew never mentioned!!). I told him I wasn’t looking for anything, just wanted to share my experience for others benefit (although late, still warranted). He sent me a check anyway! Good guy!! Need a pool deck resurfaced? Get it ALL in writing! Don’t assume anything! Take cover and pray for the best! Talking about the service up front was completely a sales pitch! What I expected was totally different from what I got and he had outs for everything in his contract! They were supposed to cover my pool while grinding. They did until it rained. When they came back to finish they never recovered my pool and it took ME a lot of work (weeks) to filter out all of the debris!!! They made a dusty mess that I had to clean up. They ruined my new cage enclosure painting. They didn’t paint the outskirts of the deck. I wouldn’t hire this company if they were the last company on earth to refinish decks!!
