They have excellent service for me. They are helping me with pain by seeing a physical therapist and you get an adjustment with the back massage.

Front desk employees are so rude. They obviously hate their jobs. I’ve brought my daughter here for has last 4 dental cleanings. We show up at least 5 minutes before her appointment and we ALWAYS end up waiting an hour. I’ve had to call off work twice and today she is missing her summer camp field trip because of the unorganized “appointment” schedule. This is our last visit here. The dental techs are super friendly and good at their jobs. Unfortunately the desk staff ruins it for them.

Yes! Periodontal disease is gum disease that causes bone loss around the teeth and recession of the gums. This eventually causes teeth to become loose. The main treatment for periodontal disease at the early to moderate stages is a deep cleaning. If any teeth are severely loose due to periodontal disease, your dentist may recommend extractions of those specific teeth. At CHCP dental centers we have dentists and dental hygienists who are trained to do deep cleanings and extractions. Please be aware that some extreme cases of periodontal disease will require referral to a gum specialist (Periodontist); but we are able to manage most cases with deep cleaning and more frequent follow up visits (usually cleanings every 3 months after initial deep cleaning). Please schedule an initial assessment visit so you can discuss your condition with one of our dentists!
Yes there is Spanish personal. They have a sliding scale rate
We offer a sliding scale fee for those without insurance. This is based on your income. However, you will never be denied care due to your inability to pay.
Yes we take walk-ins, however, it depends on the location's schedule the availability.
Yes. We have multiple employees who speak Spanish!
Yes! We do partials and dentures. However, a dental screening and comp exam are required first to determine whether your partial/denture can be made by us or if it needs to be made at a specialist. There are multiple factors that contribute to this assessment, including but not limited to: other treatment needs (fillings, cleanings, crowns, extractions, etc.), bone height and width, history of wearing partials/dentures and cosmetic concerns. The best way to find out would be to call and schedule an adult screening appointment, which is kind of like a consult to assess your needs and how we can best meet them.
We do accept walk-in and take emergency walk-ins Monday through Friday at 7am at 1pm. However, I would recommend making an appointment if it is a non-emergency.
We offer a sliding scale discount based on your income for uninsured patients. I would suggest calling to see what costs would be for a filling for your personal situation.
This varies on your insurance. We do see Medicare, Medicaid, and uninsured patients on a sliding scale. I would recommend that you call us at 727-824-8181 for more information on your unique situation.
