A five star experience indeed. I recently redeemed my silver jewelry for the first time ever at this location, I’m actually new to Tampa, but It was a rather positive experience. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful both over the phone and in person, Jamal in particular as he was then person whom was helping me at the time of picking up my jewelry. Anyways, after I redeemed my jewelry the staff even offered to clean my chains and rings with no additional cost. What with the helpful and friendly service, great selection, fair prices on both ends, and the free cleaning service I was quite impressed. A definite stop for those whom enjoy shopping at or using the services of your local friendly pawn shop. I wish anyone who may read this a blessed day, aloha.
